1. How We Collect and Use Personal Data
"AI Anime Short" is a service we provide to users through the "AI Anime Short" tool based on artificial intelligence ("AI") model technology, including but not limited to AI content generation services and other related services. Among them, AI content generation service refers to the automatic feedback, output, and generation of information content such as text, images, audio, and video by "AI Anime Short" through the analysis and processing of various information content you submit, provide, upload, or input to "AI Anime Short", such as text, pictures, audio, and video. In this policy, we will explain to you item by item the scope, purpose, and method of personal data that each function of our products and/or services may collect, as well as the possible consequences of not providing your personal data.
We will adhere to the data protection principles of the PDPO and collect and use the personal data you actively provide or that is generated from your use of our products or services for the following purposes stated in this policy. If we intend to use your personal data for purposes not stated in this policy ("New Purposes"), we will obtain your voluntary and prescribed consent before use in accordance with the PDPO.
1.1 Account Services
1.1.1 Account Registration and Login
A "Doratoon Account" or "Account" refers to an account you may need to register when using the "Doratoon" platform or "AI Anime Short". When you register and log in, if you use the one-click login function, based on our cooperation with telecommunications operators, we will collect your [mobile phone number and network carrier information] to provide you with a quick login service. We may also use this type of information to send verification code messages for you to submit to verify the validity of your identity. If the mobile phone number you provide has not previously registered a "Doratoon" account, a "Doratoon" account will be registered when you complete verification using that number, and you can log in and use "AI Anime Short" with that "Doratoon" account.
When you choose to register and log in to "AI Anime Short" using your "Doratoon" account, we will indirectly access and collect your personal data after your explicit authorization (such as your avatar and nickname information in the "Doratoon" account, subject to the public information and permissions authorized by the "Doratoon" account).
If you only use browsing services, you do not need to register as a "Doratoon" user or provide the above information.
1.1.2 Verification
When you use identity verification functions or related services, according to relevant laws and regulations, and to protect the security of your or other users' accounts, we may collect your real identity information (including mobile phone number, etc.), including your real name, ID card number or photo, facial recognition information, to complete real-name verification. You may refuse to provide this. If you refuse, you may be unable to obtain the related services, but this will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
1.2 Content Generation and Editing Services
1.2.1 Service Content
We provide services such as AI content (text generation, image generation, audio generation, video generation) based on generative artificial intelligence (hereinafter "AI") model technology. To provide you with the service, we will collect the instructions you actively choose or input, such as text, images, audio, video, configuration parameters, etc. ("Generation Instructions" or "Input Content"). We will analyze the above information to generate content that meets your instructions and requirements ("Generated Content" or "Output Content").
When you actively upload, create, edit, or publish content services such as audio/video/images/text, to achieve the required functionality, we will request authorization for camera, clipboard, photos, microphone, photo album, media library, storage (including SD card), and vibration permissions, and device information (including device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, OAID for Android; IDFV, IDFA for iOS; different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and how they are obtained)) as well as personal internet browsing records (including browsing history, software usage records, click records, interaction records) separately or collectively depending on the type and method of your input information. If you refuse authorization, you will be unable to take pictures, videos, or upload files, but this will not affect your use of other functions of "AI Anime Short".

You shall also comply with the relevant provisions of the "AI Anime Short User Agreement" and "Content Creation Guidelines" (if applicable). Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse service or take measures such as deletion, concealment, or disconnection against the relevant content or even close your account in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and service agreements.
- (2) If your input content contains personal data of others, you must obtain the lawful authorization or consent of the relevant individuals and comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the PDPO. You will be responsible for any legal consequences arising from this.
- (3) When you use content generation services to process or create materials containing faces, portraits, or voices, we will analyze and process the content to extract features and recognize information. However, please rest assured that we will only extract and use the data you have chosen or input.
Our analysis and processing will take necessary security measures. For the collection, use, and storage of personal data involved in the input content, please refer to the "How We Store Personal Data" section of this policy for the corresponding data storage methods.
To enable you to trace and manage your historical input and output content ("Historical Content") and improve the quality and accuracy of our services, we will save the historical content you have generated. You can access it through the "history" function.
- (4) Users shall not use new technologies and applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate false information that harms the reputation and honor of others, or violates the privacy rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others; nor shall they use such methods for fraudulent, inflammatory, obscene, or other illegal purposes.
